Public reference ranges
Where a cost page displays a numeric range, IndiZima records the source, the date checked and the scope of the published figure. A public reference is not a quotation from IndiZima and does not guarantee what a hospital will charge an individual patient.
Why prices differ
Clinical complexity, investigations, hospital, treating team, room category, implants or devices, medicines, ICU requirements, length of stay, complications and additional procedures can change the final amount.
Provider quotations
A case-specific provider quotation should identify the proposed treatment and clearly state inclusions, exclusions and validity. IndiZima may help patients compare quotations, but the treating provider remains responsible for its clinical plan and charges.
Updating prices
Public references are date-stamped. We can remove or revise a range when the source changes, becomes unavailable or no longer appears representative. We do not silently manufacture a replacement range.
Currency
Indian prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Any foreign-currency conversion should be treated as indicative because exchange rates change.
